Step 1: Marketing Assessment and Social Media Strategy (1-2 Hrs)
Let’s get to know you! The Marketing Assessment is a crucial component to building a future digital marketing strategy for your business. It is important that we review your marketing goals and objectives, evaluate your overall social media presence, perform a competitor analysis and analyze your website’s usability, structure and messaging. This will shed light on hidden opportunities and needed improvements. Next, we will discuss who your buyer personas are and set-up a few different audience sets so we have a clear understanding of your online target market. We will take a look at your online reviews to see what immediate improvements can be made. Lastly, we dive deep into social media to figure out the platforms that will serve your brand best, put together content buckets, key messaging, and a six month editorial calendar. Perhaps your buyers are more “visual” than “content-based”, at any rate, this is where we’ll find that out and make appropriate changes to your marketing campaigns.
We finish off the Marketing Assessment with a detailed Social Media Strategy that we will share with you in PDF format outlining our research, the short-term and long-term brand objectives, measurable metrics, a summary of the buyer personas, actionable campaigns and contests, and a whole lot more!
Step 2: On-Site Photography and Videos
This is where the fun begins! We will go on-site to capture candid moments of your brand, menu items, employees, or even special events in photo and video. We will handle all the editing and posting. We like to repeat these sessions every couple of months to ensure your content is always current with the seasons and industry.
Step 3: Sit Back and Enjoy the Show
Once we have all the necessary information to get started, we go to work straight away! We do our best to make everything as seamless as possible so that you can focus on running your business, rather than on your social media and how users interact with your business online.
